Offshore Oscar’s picks for November 29 and 30
By: Offshore Oscar | November 29th, 2008
My parlay on the midweek games started out well with Aalborg coming back for a late result, but the Werder Bremen game made me feel as unlucky as a Mumbai bellhop. This weekend’s plays are rock-solid though, so make some money along with us, will you? The ridiculously hot Denise Milani has asked me to post her photo her for good luck. We’ll see how that works out.
Original bankroll: 1,000 units
Current bankroll: 950 units
This weekend’s Offshore Oscar plays:
1 – Gareth Southgate has righted the ship at Boro after a slow start. They should build on their recent success against Newcastle at the Riverside.
50 units on Middlesbrough to win at 2.20. (so a win gets us back 110 units)
2 – This week’s odds on Spanish Giants Real Madrid and Barcelona are the one’s we have been waiting for, if they are both on this Saturday at Getafe and Sevilla, the should pull out victories.
30-unit win parlay Real Madrid at 2.10 into Barcelona at 2.10 (so when both win we get back 30 x 2.10 x 2.10 = 132.3 units)

I’m predicting a draw for Middlesbrough vs Newcastle as Michael Owen can score and if Viduka plays, he might also cause trouble for Middlesbrough. Middlesbrough is finding it tough to score goals. So I think your first bet might be in trouble.
