If I hadn’t been spending so much time trying to crack Hannah Montana’s secret identity (still working on it!), I might have had enough time to properly consider the match I lost on Tuesday. Still, I can’t complain with yet another small profit for the midweek plays.
The week’s Offshore Oscar results:
1 – Playing the draw is always risky, and a penalty kick did us in this time as Liverpool pulled ahead for good at 2-1 against Marseille.

Collect: 0
2 – Bayern Munich had their hands full against Steaua in Bucharest, but with typical German efficiency they did just enough to win 1-0 with an early goal and some second-half luck.
Bet: 30
Collect: 54.9
Starting bankroll for the week: 1139 units

Win/loss for the week: +4.9 units
New bankroll: 1143.9 units
And I have to take my gamblin’ hat off to Ian for not only predicting a Liverpool win in the comments, but also nailing the final score as well. The entire internet erupted with speculation that the game was fixed and Ian was in on it, but I’m inclined to think it was a lucky guess (but I’m also keeping my eye on things, show off!).
