Last week a few people asked me to face my Premier League predictions like a man and see how they turned out. So that’s what this is. My predictions in italics and the actual results in bold.

Arsenal 2-0 Wigan

Everton 1-2 Aston Villa

West Brom 0-2 Portsmouth

West Ham 0-1 Spurs

Mixed bag then. Most obvious thing is that I didn’t get a single scoreline correct. Not one. Ho-hum.

But I did get a few results right. I count six out of ten results correct, with just a goal here or there keeping me from full on 100% correct glory. Close, but no cigar.

Maybe I’ll have better luck this week.
