Odds on Next Spurs Manager
By: Daryl | October 23rd, 2008
The latest odds (via Paddy Power) on the next Spurs manager are below, even though Spurs currently have a manager.
Worryingly for Juande Ramos, the odds on more than one man have been shortening with Croatia coach Slaven Bilic coming in from 20/1 to 10/1, Claudio Ranieri from 20s to 12/1 and even Martin Jol’s odds have been slashed from 40/1 to 20/1 (though I doubt he’d take a call from Daniel Levy right now.)
Strangely, front runner Gus Poyet’s odds have lengthened from 2/1 to 4/1, possible because as Ramos’ assistant he’s been heavily involved in the current debacle.
4/1 Poyet
8/1 Hughes
10/1 Bilic, Rijkaard
12/1 Ranieri, Klinsmann, Redknapp
14/1 Mancini
18/1 Moyes, Venables
20/1 Keegan, Jol, Mourinho
25/1 Deschamps, Houllier, Donadoni
28/1 Hoddle, Avram Grant
33/1 Shearer
40/1 Strachan
50/1 Brown, Kinnear
100/1 Wenger
