Offshore Oscar’s picks for December 28, 2008
By: Offshore Oscar | December 27th, 2008
If QPR hadn’t given up that late equalizer I probably would have had the Russian mob bearing down on me looking for my crystal ball, so that one misstep might be okay on an otherwise incredible Boxing Day. Hitting that big draw parlay put me at my highest ever total, so let’s see if we can keep the momentum with some Sunday EPL action.
Original bankroll: 1,000 units
Current bankroll: 1,275.7 units
This weekend’s Offshore Oscar plays:
1 – Everton are flying high and should get all 6 points from the holiday weekend, with the first 3 in the bag in a hard fought contest at Boro. They should crush the Black Cats at home. The Hammers poured it on down south at Fratton Park on Boxing Day and they should also hold at home against out of form Stoke City.
50-unit win parlay Everton at 1.80 into West Ham at 1.75 (so if both win we get back 50 x 1.80 x 1.75 = 157.5 units)
2 – Bolton-Wigan has all the looks of a boring draw. Hopefully, it won’t be boring en route to a 2-2 final.
50 units on a Bolton-Wigan draw at 3.25 (so a draw gets us back
162.5 units)
