Offshore Oscar’s picks for September 28, 2008
By: Offshore Oscar | September 26th, 2008
On my way to Nigeria to (try to) speed up that lucrative banking transaction I’m involved with, I thought I’d stop off in Amsterdam for a bit to make a few Dutch league scores.
Original bankroll: 1,000 units
Current bankroll: 1,135.9 units
Offshore Oscar’s plays for Sunday, September 28
1 – Dutch parlay – ADO Den Haag are playing well so far – look for them to score at home vs FC Utrecht. Ajax is too short a price to play alone, but they look solid and I might make an appearance at their match vs Vitesse Arnhem as well.
20-unit win parlay ADO Den Haag at 2.30 into Ajax at 1.20 (so if they both win we get back 20 x 2.30 x 1.20 = 55.20 units)
2 – Wigan have a false sense of hope after thrashing Ipswich Town in the League Cup, while Manchester City is seething after they were knocked out by first division Brighton. Look for Robinho to be on the engine at JJB Stadium.
40 units on Man City at 2.30 (so a win gets us back 92 units)
3 – Milan Derby!
Starting “out of sorts” Ronaldinho on the bench has worked wonders for AC Milan in their last two matches. Should be a chippy match, maybe Shevchenko could get some of the magic back and find the back of the onion bag at the San Siro.
40 units on AC Milan at 2.62 (so a win gets us back 104.8 units)
