Offshore Oscar

Offshore Oscar has become a familiar face in the gambling community due to his inability turn down any kind of wager, whether he is drunk or not. Those snobby people on the Nevada Gaming Commission successfully got him barred from every casino in Las Vegas as well as the rest of the state, so Offshore Oscar now roams the world in search of his next opportunity to turn a small amount of money into a large amount.

Originally not terribly impressed by football/soccer, Offshore Oscar finally found that the game is amazingly entertaining when there is a bit of cash riding on the outcome. When he’s not participating in lager chug-a-lug contests in bars around the world, he’s usually found screaming at the TVs in those same bars. His notorious post-game celebrations with snakebites (half lager, half cider) are credited with that concoction being banned at half the pubs in the UK, but his campaign to un-ban them won’t rest until its work is done.
